Shipping and delivery policy

ViralGrader, run by AureviaDigital, is an online service. We don't sell or ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive what you buy

• Plans, packs and top-ups are added to the account you were signed in to as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You can see your scans in Account settings.
• Each video's results appear on the website once the analysis finishes, usually within a couple of minutes.
• For purchases in rupees, your GST invoice is in Account settings as soon as you've paid.
• The service is available online wherever you are.

If something doesn't arrive

If your scans don't appear within 30 minutes of paying, email support@viralgrader.com with your payment ID, or call +91 90096 33174. We'll add them or refund you in full.
