Terms of service

1. What ViralGrader does

ViralGrader analyses short videos you upload and gives you a predicted virality score, related scores, an attention map and suggested edits. Results are predictions and guidance, not guarantees of views, reach, engagement or income.

2. Your videos

  • You must own the videos you upload or have the rights and permissions needed, including from anyone who appears in them.
  • You keep all rights to your content. You give us a limited licence to store and process each video only to analyse it and show you the result.
  • Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or that you aren't allowed to share.
  • Upload only. Don't use ViralGrader to process content downloaded from platforms in breach of their terms.

3. The attention map

The brain visual is an attention map inspired by neuroscience research and driven by our own video analysis. It is not a brain scan, a medical device, or a measurement of any real person's brain activity.

4. Accounts and purchases

  • One free scan is included with a new account. Additional scans, deep reports and comparisons require a paid pack or plan.
  • Packs don't expire. Pro renews monthly until cancelled and its scans reset each period.
  • If a scan fails because of an error on our side or an unreadable file, the scan credit is returned automatically.
  • Purchases made in the Android or iOS app are handled by Google Play or the App Store and follow their refund rules.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated bulk uploads outside documented APIs, attempts to access other users' data, or interference with the service's operation.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on a prediction. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

7. Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
